Full Journal pdf2008-04-11 House Journal Page 2877 HB 152 Representative Samuels moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 2872) on the following: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 152(FIN) "An Act establishing a renewable energy project account and a renewable energy fund and describing their uses and purposes." and SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 152(FIN) am S "An Act establishing a renewable energy grant fund and describing its uses and purposes; establishing a renewable energy grant recommendation program; for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2009, authorizing the Alaska Energy Authority to distribute 2008-04-11 House Journal Page 2878 renewable energy grants and setting out the procedures to be followed to award those grants; establishing a state heating assistance program in addition to the federal heating assistance program; establishing an Alaska Renewable Energy Task Force; and providing for an effective date." (SCR 32 - title change resolution) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Samuels moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 152(FIN), thus adopting SCS CSHB 152(FIN) am S, and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 152(FIN)?"
